Wheat Halwa
Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 200g
- Sugar – 600g
- Cardamom – 6
- Cashewnuts – 30
- Raisens – 8
- – Required Ghee
How to Prepare
Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes
- Take a bowl, add wheat flour and 50ml of water and mix it well without lumps
- After another 50ml water and again mix it well and make sure doesn’t have lumps
- Add 100ml water and make them like wheat milk and then filter it without even tiny lumps and keep aside
- Heat a pan with ghee, fry cashew nuts, raisins, cardamom for 2 minutes and keep aside
- Take a pan, add 100g sugar and 50ml water and allow them to melt
- And stir it till it become brownish and keep aside
- And heat a heavy bottomed pan with 2 tbsp ghee and then add wheat milk and 400g sugar
- And stir it continuously till it become thinker it may takes 40 to 50 minutes
- Then add ghee fried raisin, cashew nuts, cardamom and mix it well for 3 minutes
- Then add 2 tbsp ghee and mix it well and stir till the ghee comes from the halwa this may take 30 minutes
- Stir it very well to avoid burnt bottom and once it become thicker, thick gooey, non sticky and this is the perfect halwa consistency
- Turn off the flame and transfer it into a bowl
- Now the tasty Wheat halwa is ready for serve
