Rose Lassi
Ingredients
- Rose syrup – 100ml
- Almonds – 1
- Cashew nuts – 2
- Fresh curd or think fatty yoghurt – 250ml
- Saffron strands – Few
- Ice cream – 2 scoop
- Rose petals – 10
- Honey – Required
- Sugar – Required
- Ice cubes – Required
How to Prepare
Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes
- Crush almonds, break cashew nuts and keep aside
- Add fresh yogurt, ice cream, rose syrup, 8 rose petals then blend them like smooth think foamy juice
- Then add required honey and blend it for 2 seconds
- Then transfer it into a glass, add some ice cubes and stir it with a spoon
- Then add crashed almonds, crushed cashew nuts and finally garnish with rose petals
- Now the healthy Rose lassi is ready for serve
