Papaya Lassi
Ingredients
- Papaya – 1
- Almonds – 1
- Cashew nuts – 2
- Fresh curd or think fatty yogurt – 250ml
- Saffron strands – Few
- Ice cream – 2 scoop
- Honey – Required
- Ice cubes – Required
How to Prepare
Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes
- Crush almonds, break cashew nuts and keep aside
- Remove the skin of Papaya, remove all the seeds and wash it hot water then cut them into small pieces and blend them smoothly
- Add fresh yogurt, ice cream then blend them like smooth think foamy juice
- Then add required honey and blend it for 2 seconds
- Then transfer it into a glass, add some icecubes and stir it with a spoon
- Then add crashed almonds, crushed cashew nuts and finally garnish with saffron strands
- Now the healthy Papaya lassi is ready for serve
