Mixed Kesari


Ingredients

  • Semolina – 125g
  • Pineapple – 1/4
  • Mango – 1/4
  • Banana – 1
  • Apple – 1/4
  • Jack fruit pits – 3
  • Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Cardamom – 6
  • Kesari powder – 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts – Required
  • Raisins – Required
  • Sugar – Required
  • Ghee – Required

How to Prepare

Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes

  1. Remove the skin of pineapple and chop them into tiny pieces and keep aside
  2. Remove the skin of mango and then chop them into tiny pieces and keep aside
  3. Peel the skin of banana and chop them into tiny pieces and keep aside
  4. Remove the skin of apple and chop them into tiny pieces and keep aside
  5. Remove seeds inside jack pit and chop them into tiniest pieces as you can and keep aside
  6. Take a pan, heats up 2 tsp ghee, add cashew nuts till become golden
  7. After that add raisins and fry for 2 minutes till it swells up
  8. Then add rava and stir them well in low flame for 5 minutes
  9. Add chopped fruits and mix it well for 3 minutes continuously
  10. Then add 400ml water in rava and stir till continuously to smooth non sticky rava
  11. Stir continuously till the water starts boil and water drains out and make sure there is no lumps formed
  12. Once water is completely absorbed, the rava become big and smooth it means the rava is cooked well
  13. After that add sugar and stir continuously and make the sugar dissolve
  14. Stir continuously till rava absorb the sugar water completely
  15. After that add cardamom powder, kesari powder and mix it well
  16. Add 4 tsp ghee and stir it well then close the lid for 3 minute in low flame
  17. After that move the kesari into a bowl
  18. Now the healthy Mixed fruits kesari is ready for serve
