Mixed Kesari
Ingredients
- Semolina – 125g
- Pineapple – 1/4
- Mango – 1/4
- Banana – 1
- Apple – 1/4
- Jack fruit pits – 3
- Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
- Cardamom – 6
- Kesari powder – 1 tsp
- Cashew nuts – Required
- Raisins – Required
- Sugar – Required
- Ghee – Required
How to Prepare
Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes
- Remove the skin of pineapple and chop them into tiny pieces and keep aside
- Remove the skin of mango and then chop them into tiny pieces and keep aside
- Peel the skin of banana and chop them into tiny pieces and keep aside
- Remove the skin of apple and chop them into tiny pieces and keep aside
- Remove seeds inside jack pit and chop them into tiniest pieces as you can and keep aside
- Take a pan, heats up 2 tsp ghee, add cashew nuts till become golden
- After that add raisins and fry for 2 minutes till it swells up
- Then add rava and stir them well in low flame for 5 minutes
- Add chopped fruits and mix it well for 3 minutes continuously
- Then add 400ml water in rava and stir till continuously to smooth non sticky rava
- Stir continuously till the water starts boil and water drains out and make sure there is no lumps formed
- Once water is completely absorbed, the rava become big and smooth it means the rava is cooked well
- After that add sugar and stir continuously and make the sugar dissolve
- Stir continuously till rava absorb the sugar water completely
- After that add cardamom powder, kesari powder and mix it well
- Add 4 tsp ghee and stir it well then close the lid for 3 minute in low flame
- After that move the kesari into a bowl
- Now the healthy Mixed fruits kesari is ready for serve
