Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- Mangoes – 2
- Fresh curd – 250ml
- Cardamom – 5
- Ice cream – 2 Scoop
- Honey – Required
- Ice cubes – Required
- Mint leaves – Required
How to Prepare
Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes
- Grind cardamom and keep aside
- Peel the skin off from mangoes and remove seeds then cut into small pieces
- Add it to a blender or mixer, blend them like smooth foamy juice
- Then add required honey then blend it for 20 seconds
- After that add fresh curd, ice cream, cardamom and blend them for a minute
- Then transfer it into a glass, add some icecubes
- Then mix it well and finally garnish with mint leaves
- Now the healthy Mango Lassi is ready for serve
