Goat Brain Fry – ஆட்டு (ஆடு) மூளை வறுவல்
Ingredients
- Goat brains – 2
- Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Small onions – 15
- Ginger – 1
- Garlic cloves – 6
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder – 2 tsp
- Pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Green chillies – 3
- Coriander leaves – Required
- Curry leaves – Required
- Salt – Required
- Oil – Required
How to Prepare
Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes
- Remove the think veins in brain and rinse it in water and keep aside
- Grate ginger, garlic and grind them like a paste, chop coriander leaves, chop onions, slit green chillies and keep aside
- Heat pan with 2 tsp oil and then add cumin seeds, fennel seeds
- Once splutters, add onions, green chillies and curry leaves
- Saute them till onions become translucent then add ginger garlic paste
- Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and saute them till the raw smell goes off
- Then add brain and fry them for 3 minutes after add 50ml water and close the lid and allow them to cook for 6 minutes
- Open the lid and fry it till water dried out
- Finally sprinkle pepper powder and coriander leaves
- Now the delicious Goat Brain fry is ready for serve
