Goat Brain Fry – ஆட்டு (ஆடு) மூளை வறுவல்


Ingredients

  • Goat brains – 2
  • Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Small onions – 15
  • Ginger – 1
  • Garlic cloves – 6
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Green chillies – 3
  • Coriander leaves – Required
  • Curry leaves – Required
  • Salt – Required
  • Oil – Required

How to Prepare

Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes

  1. Remove the think veins in brain and rinse it in water and keep aside
  2. Grate ginger, garlic and grind them like a paste, chop coriander leaves, chop onions, slit green chillies and keep aside
  3. Heat pan with 2 tsp oil and then add cumin seeds, fennel seeds
  4. Once splutters, add onions, green chillies and curry leaves
  5. Saute them till onions become translucent then add ginger garlic paste
  6. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and saute them till the raw smell goes off
  7. Then add brain and fry them for 3 minutes after add 50ml water and close the lid and allow them to cook for 6 minutes
  8. Open the lid and fry it till water dried out
  9. Finally sprinkle pepper powder and coriander leaves
  10. Now the delicious Goat Brain fry is ready for serve
