Chilli Chappathi – மிளகாய் சப்பாத்தி
Ingredients
- Chappathi – 4
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Green Chillies – 2
- Red Onions – 3
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- Capsicum – 1
- Carrot or 1 – 1
- Tomatoes – 2
- Red Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Coriander seed powder – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala / Kari Masala – 1/4 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tbsp
- Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
- Green chillies – 2 (Aditional Flavour)
- Eggs –
2 (Aditional Flavour) - Oil – Required

How to Prepare
Total Preparation time: 15 – 20 Minutes
- Cut the chappathi into small pieces, slit the green chillies, chop capsicum, vegetables, chop the tomatoes and cut the onions length wisely
- Heat the pan and pour oil
- After oil heated up, add Cumin seeds, green chillies followed by onions
- Fry for 2-3 minutes until the raw smell goes off then add ginger garlic paste
- Add Capsicum and vegetable that you have.
- Fry for 3 minutes then add chopped tomatoes and add some salt
- Mix it well for 2 minutes
- Then Add turmeric powder followed by red chilli powder, coriander seed powder and garam/kari masala
- Mix well then add soya sauce and chilli sauce
- Mix well for few minutes until it become smooth gravy
- Add some water cook for 2 minutes
- Add cut chappathi and fry for 3 minutes until it is mixed properly
- Now the chilli chappathi is ready for SERVE
- (Additional Flavor) After making chilli chappathi, heat oil in separate pan add 2 green chillies followed by the egg and some salt
- (Additional Flavor) Now add eggs and mix it well
- (Additional Flavor) Ready for serve
