Banana Milk shake
Ingredients
- Sweet Bananas – 3
- Milk – 100ml
- Almonds – 1
- Cashewnuts – 2
- Scoop vanilla cream – 2
- Poha – 50g
- Saffron strands – Few
- Sugar – Required
- Ice cubes – Required
How to Prepare
Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes
- Crush almonds, break cashews into two and keep aside
- Take milk pan, add 100 ml milk and allow it to boil for 10 minutes
- Cool down and remove layered fat and chill it refrigerator for 2 hours
- Peel the skin of banana, then cut into small pieces
- Add it to a blender with chilled milk then blend them like smooth foamy juice
- Then add required sugar and blend it for 2 seconds
- Then transfer it into a glass, add some icecubes and stir it with a spoon
- Then add grinned almonds, cashews, poha and topped with ice cream, finally garnish with saffron strands
- Now the healthy Banana milk shake is ready for serve
