Badam Milk shake
Ingredients
- Milk – 250ml
- Almonds – 25
- Pistachios – 5
- Cardamon powder – 1 tsp
- Saffron strands – 2 tsp
- Sugar – Required
How to Prepare
Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes
- Soak almond in water for 8 hours and peel the skin
- Grind almonds after that add 50ml milk, grind them like a paste and keep aside, grind pista like a powder and keep aside
- Take milk pan, add 200ml milk and allow it to boil for 10 minutes
- Then add badam paste, cardamon powder and stir it continuously for 5 minutes
- Add required sugar and stir it gently for 5 minutes
- Add saffron strands and boil for 5 minutes in low flame
- Turn off the flame and cool the badam milk and transfer into a bowl
- Make it to chill in refrigerator for 25 minutes
- Then transfer it into a bottle and close the lid shake it twice
- Open the lid, add some ice cubes and garnish with saffron strands
- Now the healthy Badam milk shake is ready for serve
