Apple Milk shake


Ingredients

  • Apples – 2
  • Milk – 100ml
  • Almonds – 1
  • Cashew nuts – 2
  • Scoops of vanilla cream – 2
  • Saffron strands – Few
  • Sugar – Required
  • Ice cubes – Required

How to Prepare

Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes

  1. Crush almonds, break cashews and keep aside
  2. Take milk pan, add 100ml milk and allows it to boil for 10 minutes
  3. Then cools it down, remove layered fat and chill it in refrigerator for 2 hours
  4. Wash apple, remove red skin then cut into small pieces
  5. Add it to a blender then blend them like smooth foamy juice
  6. Then add required sugar and blend it for 2 seconds
  7. After that add chilled milk and blend them for a minute
  8. Then transfer it into a glass, add some icecubes, add grinned almonds, cashews and make the toppings with ice cream
  9. Finally garnish with saffron strands
  10. Now the healthy Apple milk shake is ready for serve
