Apple Milk shake
Ingredients
- Apples – 2
- Milk – 100ml
- Almonds – 1
- Cashew nuts – 2
- Scoops of vanilla cream – 2
- Saffron strands – Few
- Sugar – Required
- Ice cubes – Required
How to Prepare
Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes
- Crush almonds, break cashews and keep aside
- Take milk pan, add 100ml milk and allows it to boil for 10 minutes
- Then cools it down, remove layered fat and chill it in refrigerator for 2 hours
- Wash apple, remove red skin then cut into small pieces
- Add it to a blender then blend them like smooth foamy juice
- Then add required sugar and blend it for 2 seconds
- After that add chilled milk and blend them for a minute
- Then transfer it into a glass, add some icecubes, add grinned almonds, cashews and make the toppings with ice cream
- Finally garnish with saffron strands
- Now the healthy Apple milk shake is ready for serve
